Now that’s unusual - I find that buffets usually can’t even do the one cuisine well, let alone two. Then again, I’m not a really picky eater since food needs to be pretty bad for me to dislike it.

I’m excited to have a lot of raw fish when I visit Japan/Korea in a couple of months.
